Pricing and Shipping
All prices quoted and transactions completed are in UK Pounds Sterling.

If you are purchasing using a different currency, your bank/credit card/debit card/payment through PayPal will convert the currency for you when they process the transaction.

Please be aware that there may be small differences in price owing to exchange rate fluctuations and that you may be charged a small commission by that company.

 Orders
All orders with Premiere Replacement China are subject to availability.

Payment
Full payment is required prior to items being dispatched.The order will be cancelled in the event that payment is not received within one calendar month of making the order.
Payment may be made by the following methods:-

Payments via PayPal.
Just go to www.paypal.co.uk and follow the instructions. This is a safe and secure way to pay.You do not need to join PayPal to buy!

Payment by Cheque drawn only from a UK bank.Please ensure your name address and order number are included on the back of the cheque.Cheques drawn on a UK bank, should be made payable to “Patricia Maggs”.

Items will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared.
We allow 10 working days for clearance.
Please do not send cash through the postal system. We cannot accept responsibility should it go missing.

Should you require an item next day,no problem,we can send by next day delivery,with a small fee to cover extra cost.Please contact us if your item is urgent.

 Delivery
Goods will be shipped Monday and Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays and Sundays) nearest to your order/cheque clearance.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details and delivery address details are correct when the order is made and we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error. In these circumstances, we can re-arrange correct delivery at the customer’s expense.
Items are carefully hand-packed, but in the unlikely event that a breakage does occur, please notify us and return the broken item(s) within 7 days of receipt and, if available, we will supply replacements (subject to availability) free of charge, or, if unable to do so, give a full refund to the value of the damaged item(s).

Returns
Customer Guarantee - UK: If, for any reason when you have received your goods, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace the item if possible or refund your monies in full, provided that it is returned to the Premiere Replacement China's postal address within  48 hours of receipt and in the condition it was sent to you.

If you do wish to return your replacement china or other goods, please contact us so that we can advise on packing and return. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are safely packed using appropriate materials (We suggest that you use the original packing materials for this).

Where goods are returned for reasons other than loss, damage or error on our part, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refund on returned items only.

Cancellations
If you change your mind once you have placed an order, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund by notifying Premiere Replacement China within 7 days and returning the goods as above (see “Returns”). In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Notification of cancellation must be in writing, either by email to premchinauk@hotmail.com or by post to:- Premiere Replacement China, 11, Manor Close, Southwick, West Sussex BN42 4NW England.

Shipping
Our shipping fees are not included in the item price. They are calculated by weight and shown at the checkout when you finalise your purchase.

Shipping Prices

All shipping is based on the weight of an item and smaller items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or by Airmail.We can send Ist Class Recorded Delivery and only charge the extra fee amount.Should you wish you item/items to be insured we can also arrange this for an extra fee.

Surface Mail

We also offer Postage by Surface Mail which can take up to 8 weeks but it is available for around half the price of airmail for destinations other than Europe.
We haven't put a quote in the shop shipping prices, please contact us if you are interested by this method of shipping so we can give you a quotation.

Delivery
Premiere Replacement China orders are shipped Monday and Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays and Sundays) of receiving a cleared payment.
